Cancellation and Returns

Cancelation before receiving your item(s)

As all products purchased via www.projectdoors.co.uk are bespoke and made to order, all items are made to individual request and we therefore cannot guarantee a refund for cancelation or returns
outside of our period stated. We currently provide a 5 cancelation policy (pre delivery), which means you have 5 days from payment / date of order to cancel your order without charge. To cancel your order before delivery, please do so via email and provide our team with your name and delivery address, along with your original order number. We may ask the reason for your cancelation, but this will have no effect on the cancelation procedure or refund request. All requests will be handled within 72 hours and once your refund has been processed and accepted, we advise of a further 10 working days for refunds to be issued. All refunds will be issued using the same method of the original payment used as we are unable to proceed a refund to an alternative card or person(s).

Missing Items on Delivery

At point of delivery, we ask that you to check and sign for all received items. Any items missing at point of delivery will be noted by our driver and arranged to be redelivered at the earliest possible time. Our team will be in touch with an update on your missing item and provide you with an estimated delivery date. Any missing products reported after this period, may results in charges for any replacement parts required plus any courier costs. Any items reported outside our required period will have4 to be paid in full before delivery is arranged. To report missing items not logged by our driver, please report do so via email at support@projectdoors.co.uk and provide our team with your name and delivery address, along with your original order reference.

Delivery

Delivery is currently only available throughout Mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Currently, we unavailable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Due to current demand, any delivery dates shown within our website or order confirmation are estimated and we cannot be held financially responsible for any delays in supply.

Once your order has been confirmed, our team will be in touch around 7 days before your expected delivery date. If dates proposed are not suitable, with sufficient notice, we will be able to rearrange to a more suitable date.

Once your delivery slot is confirmed, the team will also be in contact the day before your delivery to advise of an expected time slot.

To ensure safe delivery, please make sure you are at home at agreed dates/times and that you will able to unload and sign for your goods.

Note, we require at least 3 people are available to unload these doors safely. Your delivery will include your complete doors and glass separate. If you have an concerns or special requirements, please get in touch with our team before order and we will be happy to help.

If no one is at site delivery on our arrival, Project Doors staff will determine whether delivery is safe and acceptable. If our team decide it is unsuitable, we may refuse delivery and return goods to our offices. If goods are returned, any redelivery will incur a redelivery charge (on top of any other original costs) of £75.00 per item.

If goods are returned without a cancellation agreement beforehand, no refunds will be able to be issued and it shall be referred to the directors to confirm any additional costs incurred.

Project Doors reserve the right to charge a holding and storage fee of £9.00 per day for any bifolds that are returned or not delivered on our requested dates. Any costs incurred due to redelivery or storage, must be paid in full before final delivery is completed.

We must have confirmation at least 24 hours before delivery that no one will be on site.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately on delivery. We ask all products delivered MUST be detaped and checked for any damage or defects. Any damaged MUST be reported to us in writing within 48 hours. Please provide us with your delivery post code, invoiced name, order number and any
photographic evidence of these damages. Any images or reports post installation will be unable to be verified.

Any reports made after 48 hours of delivery or post installation, may again result in charges for replacement parts and delivery costs. All reports will be handled by our customer services department and logged for our records. Please email support@projectdoors.co.uk with your query.

Exchanges

As items are bespoke and made to your request, any exchanges follow the same terms as our cancellation period. We cannot provide an exchange after any conditions already set within this document.
